I don’t “see the good” in my daily challenges, I just know I have to find solutions. When someone does something stupid while driving, I think it’s safe to assume they’re always a bad driver. When my co-worker repeatedly makes the same mistake over and over, I don’t think they need “encouragement.” I think they need to be fired.
